1. General.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

IELTSBreakthrough offers training for people who wish to improve their result in any form of the IELTS. This includes, but is not limited to IELTS Academic, General Training and Life Skills. IELTSBreakthrough is not associated with the IELTS organisation or any organisation directly involved with the creation and delivery of the official IELTS test.
IELTSBreakthrough is an independent training organisation. It is not connected to the owners of IELTS in any way.
All training content of the IELTSBreakthrough is original and authentic. By purchasing the IELTSBreakthrough course the purchaser agrees to the following terms and considtions stated herein.

2. Use

The IELTSBreakthrough Guide is a preparation resource for the Academic version of IELTS and does not apply to other versions of IELTS.
IELTSBreakthrough is not responsible for the test result achieved by the user / reader. Test results depend on the user’s commitment, level of English and dedication to practice.
The contents of IELTSBreakthrough course material and guide is for use exclusively by the sole individual purchaser. It may not be shared with other individuals.
The contents of IELTSBreakthrough course material and guide is not to be used for teaching purposes.
The contents of IELTSBreakthrough course material may not be shared publicly in digital form through social media or other means, unless specific permission is granted.

3. Payment

The purchaser agrees to the payment terms as stated at the point of sale.
The purchaser agrees to pay an initial $1.00 to access the IELTSBreakthrogh guide. An additional amount of $16.99 will be automatically charged from the purchaser's credit card or PayPal balance 14 days after the initial transaction.
The purchaser may choose to cancel the transaction within 14 days of the first payment.
Beyond the stated period of the money back guarantee, the purchase of an IELTSBreakthrough product is non refundable.
IELTSBreakthrough uses trusted payment service providers. Financial information related to purchases is not accessed by IELTSBreakthrough and is solely the responsibility of the payment service provider.
